GROUP BOOKINGS

Billing and Payment Due Dates 

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due within 5 business days. 
  • The final payment is due no later than 21 days (3 weeks) before your performance date. 
  • Final payments that are late will be subject to a 5% penalty charge.  
  • Accepted Payment Methods: EFT/Direct Deposit, Credit Cards, Cheques, and Cash.

Unforeseen Circumstances & Inclement Weather Policy 

In the unfortunate event your group is unable to attend the performance date you’ve booked, we will make every reasonable attempt to rebook your group into the same production on a different date. Should no suitable date be found, you may select another performance in the current season, pending availability. 

Changes to Bookings 

Young People’s Theatre does not accept “tentative” bookings. However, bookings may be reduced by up to 50% of your original order by the final payment date, 21 days (3 weeks) before your performance date. A decrease in your booking after your final payment date will not be accepted. You are financially responsible for a minimum of 50% of the original booking.

Adjusted bookings must still meet the minimum group ticket quantity required to receive the groups offer. Orders adjusted below the group minimum will not receive the group offer benefits, and will be adjusted to our regular ticket pricing.

All changes must be made by contacting a staff member you are in touch with, or by contacting the Box Office. Changes will not be accepted via voicemail. The Box Office is open Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm (with the exception of some holidays) and occasionally on weekends when performances are happening. Cancellations and Refund Policy 

Young People’s Theatre does not provide refunds. Cancellations are only accepted WITHIN THE 5 BUSINESS DAY HOLDING PERIOD. Cancellations will not be accepted after that time.
