Phoenix

Phoenix (they/them) is a Disabled, 2SLGBTQ+, Neurospicy multidisciplinary theatre artist, producer, and educator from Treaty 3 Territory. Since 2019, Phoenix has served as one of the two co-founding Artistic Directors of Third Wheel Theatre Co. alongside their partner, Shayna Burns. As an artist, they’ve had the privilege to work alongside Page1 Theatre, Clay & Paper, Tarragon Theatre, MT Space, Magnus Theatre, Paprika Festival, Hamilton Festival Theatre Company, Crossroads Theatre, and many others. Passionate about accessibility, Phoenix uses their platforms to advocate for making theatre accessible to as many people as possible!
