GROUP BOOKINGS

Billing and Payment Due Dates 

  • For groups of 10 – 19 
    • Full payment is due within 5 business days, noted on your invoice 
  • For groups of 20+ 
    • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due within 5 business days, noted on your invoice. 
    • The final payment is due no later than 20 days before your performance date, also noted on your invoice. 
    • Final payments that are late will be subject to a 5% penalty charge  
  • Accepted Payment Methods: EFT/Direct Deposit, Credit Cards, Cheques, and Cash.

Unforeseen Circumstances & Inclement Weather Policy 

In the unfortunate event your group is unable to attend the performance date you’ve booked, we will make every reasonable attempt to rebook your group into the same production on a different date. Should no suitable date be found, you may select another performance in the current season, pending availability. 

Changes to Bookings 

Adjustments in ticket order quantity can be made on any unpaid tickets with the following restrictions and deadlines:

  • Bookings may be reduced by up to 50% of your original order 60 days before the performance date – this deadline will be noted on your invoice.
  • Bookings may be reduced by up to 25% of your current order 45 days before the performance date – this deadline will be noted on your invoice.
  • Requests to change your booking after the noted deadline has passed will not be accepted.

Adjusted bookings must still meet the minimum group ticket quantity required to receive the groups offer. Orders adjusted below the group minimum will not receive the group offer benefits, and will be adjusted to our regular ticket pricing.

All changes must be made by contacting a staff member in the Box Office; changes will not be accepted via voicemail. The Box Office is open Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm (with the exception of some holidays) and occasionally on weekends when performances are happening. Cancellations and Refund Policy 

Young People’s Theatre does not provide refunds. Cancellations are only accepted WITHIN THE 5 BUSINESS DAY HOLDING PERIOD. Cancellations will not be accepted after that time.
