Family Day Drama Workshop

James and the Giant Peach – Family Day Drama Workshop
Join us on Monday, February 20 for a pre-show drama workshop for the whole family! Led by Resident Artist Educator Ramona Gilmour–Darling, participants will learn about the story of James and the Giant Peach and work together to create new Roald Dahl-inspired characters and worlds!
The workshop fee is $5 per participant. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

About Ramona Gilmour-Darling:
As an actor, Annie, The Secret Garden, Jacob Two-Two (YPT), 10 seasons at Thousand Islands Playhouse (favorites include Drowsy Chaperone, Les Miserables, Anne of Green Gables, Perfect Pie, and The Secret Garden), and Having Hope at Home (Persephone Theatre). As a director, Nobody’s Idol (Toronto Fringe), Weightless (Alumnae Theatre), Forever Plaid (TIP and Victoria Playhouse Petrolia), assistant director for Freedom 85 (Theatre Orangeville), Blood Brothers (TIP), The Sisters Rosensweig (Harold Green Jewish Theatre), and choreographer for Suds!, Little Shop of Horrors, Blood Brothers (TIP). Ramona played Loonette the Clown on Treehouse TV’s The Big Comfy Couch (Radical Sheep), Covert Affairs (U.C.P.), System Crash (YTV). Ramona is happily 2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2 years old.
