DESCRIPTION:Writers’ Bloc \nGrade 7-12\nDowntown Toronto\nTuesdays from 6PM-8PM\, Fall & Winter \nTheatre for youth by youth! Students learn numerous script-building skills in order to write their own play. The student playwrights will exchange feedback as they workshop drafts of their scripts\, receive dramaturgical input from professional theatre artists on staff\, and interview YPT playwrights from the 2019/20 Season. The program culminates in the opportunity for students to work with a professional director and hear their plays read aloud for an invited audience. \nDownload a copy of the class schedule here.
