Bruce Horak

Bruce Horak is originally from Calgary, Alberta where he trained in theatre and Improvisation. Bruce cut his teeth working with Calgary’s Quest Theatre, creating and performing works for young audiences. Bruce has toured the national Fringe Festival Circuit with new works since 2001 and has appeared on Canadian stages for over 25 years, including The National Arts Centre, Yukon Arts Centre, Alberta Theatre Projects, and the Factory Theatre to name a few. He has been a part of the Spontaneous Theatre team since 2010. He has won numerous awards for his work as an actor, writer, and director. When not creating new works and performing onstage, Bruce devotes his time to music, composition, and painting. His works can be seen at www.brucehorak.com.
